On Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 13.00 – 15.30, in the Screening Hall of School of film, a lecture by Zacharias Mavroidis will be held. The topic of the lecture is: “In search of the narrative tone.”

Narrative tone is one of the most fluid concepts in cinematic narrative. The lecture starts from a definition of the concept through the theoretical field of narratology to move on to its reduction to tangible directional choices. The film APOSTRATOS that will participate in the competition section of the 60th Thessaloniki Film Festival, will be our case study.
