Home » Announcements » News School » Special accreditation process / 27th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival

The 27th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival will be held from March 6 to 16 and will highlight documentaries from Greece and abroad.

In addition to the screenings, there will be many parallel events, discussions, exhibitions, etc.

The Festival, in its effort to assist in the training of young filmmakers, continues its collaboration with the School of Film of AUTh and below you will find the procedure that should be followed for the issuance of the special accreditation, which is available exclusively to active students of all levels:

Online applications

From: Monday 3/2 at 10:00

Until: Wednesday 12/2 at 15:00

Online form: filmfestivalgr/film-school-accreditation

Receipt of credentials

From Wednesday 5/3 to Saturday 15/3, from 11:00 to 18:00, from the credentials counter in Warehouse C’.

* In a period of intense climate changes and unprecedented phenomena that affect the lives of all of us, the Festival establishes, as part of the effort to reduce the environmental footprint, an environmental fee (green fee) of 10 euros. This fee is 3 euros for students, which will be paid upon receiving the accreditation. This amount is committed to be used for the development of the sustainability actions it is already implementing. Even the smallest steps can bring big changes.

* Active students who fill in the form on time are entitled to accreditation with which they can attend the Festival screenings starting after 15:30 for free. Screenings with start time until 15:30, they can attend them for free by showing their academic ID.

* The number of shows they will be able to watch for free with their accreditation is 20.

* The card is strictly personal and tickets issued with the card can only be used by the cardholder.

* In addition to the above, the 50% discount on our publications continues to apply upon presentation of the card
